we want to make ordering new backgrounds a
pleasant experience for our customers. All
of our customers are important to us and we
want our service to be as helpful to you as
possible. Our goal is to provide quality products
for you, the professional photographer.
Software Return Policy:-
Do to obvious software reasons we cannot
accept money back returns or exchanges of
CDs. We will however inspect any returned
CD for errors and will replace it with a
new CD of the same type.
Muslin Backdrop Return Policy-:
All returns must be made within 14 days
of receipt of merchandise in new/ unused
condition.
All freight charges are the responsibility
of the customer.
20% Restocking fee applies to all muslin
backdrops.
A refund, credit or replacement will be
issued upon receipt of returned item(s)
after being inspected by Pro Backdrops.Pro
Backdrops LLC shall not be held liable for
clerical, graphical, typographical and printing
errors. We take great care in updating our
site, however errors do sometimes occur
